Joel was exactly what we needed. Joel and his team did a great job with our TV and soundbar installation and integration with cable, DVD and Xbox plus two network access points in the home. The next day the TV's built-in network card failed (unbeknownst to me) and caused feedback through the system - Joel came back and fixed it, no charge.
